On the edge of the urban center of ancient Miseno, on the road axis that connected the ancient site with Cuma and corresponding to the current Via Cappella, a toponym that recalls the burial chambers, is the Necropolis in the locality of Cappella.

Several nuclei are preserved, one of which is still visible on the front of the current Via Miliscola, already known at the end of the 19th century, to which, following recent excavations, other funerary monuments and pit tombs were added , located in an innermost area.
