Meeting at the entrance of Lake Averno

Departure of the guided tour of one of the most famous lakes in the world. Indicated by Virgil and Dante as the gateway to the underworld and scenario of the clash between Zeus and the Titans. Lake Averno has inspired poets and writers for centuries thanks to its sinister landscape and the many legends of which it is the main scene.

After having visited and listened, through the words of the guide, to the stories and legends of the lake, we will continue with the visit of the Averno wineries that develop along the banks of the lake. You will visit the winery and its vineyards dating back to at least the end of 1800 AD, and you will taste excellent local products accompanied by the famous Falanghina dei Campi Flegrei. During the visit the owners will accompany us to the tasting through stories and anecdotes relating to the lake and the vineyards.
