Uno dei sentieri più belli dei Campi Flegrei percorso al tramonto per vivere insieme uno scenario unico.

L’escursione avrà inizio sul litorale di Miseno, l’inizio del nostro cammino, che ci condurrà sulle pendici del cratere di Miseno, nato tra i 25000 e 10000 anni fa. Una struttura che permette l’insediamento di numerosissime specie d’uccelli, sia stazionarie che migratorie. Tra i lecci e la macchia mediterranea, risaliremo un antico sentiero borbonico che ci concederà una splendida vista su Monte di Procida, sede di ciò che resta dell’antico vulcano Archiflegreo. Sì aprirà davanti a noi quello che un tempo era il centro nevralgico della flotta romana, fino alla vetta che sovrasta il faro di Miseno. Qui la nostra visita potrà spaziare per ben più di 180° di panorama. Scenderemo, infine, per un sentiero che costeggia l’interno della bocca craterica, fino allo spiazzo antecedente al faro.

The excursion will begin on the Miseno coast, the beginning of our walk, which will take us to the slopes of the Miseno crater, born between 25000 and 10000 years ago. A structure that allows the settlement of numerous species of birds, both stationary and migratory. Among the holm oaks and Mediterranean scrub, we will ascend an ancient Bourbon path that will give us a splendid view of Monte di Procida, home to what remains of the ancient Archiplegrean volcano. Yes will open before us what was once the nerve center of the Roman fleet, up to the peak overlooking the Miseno lighthouse. Here our visit will be able to span well over 180° of panorama. We will descend, finally, along a path that skirts the inside of the crater mouth, to the clearing before the lighthouse.
