Il SUP tour partirà dalla spiaggia di Monte di Procida, con una spettacolare vista sulle due isole di Procida ed Ischia. Svolgeremo un breve briefing attraverso il quale si apprenderà l’utilizzo e la navigazione con lo “Stand up paddle”. Navigheremo lungo la costa fino a raggiungere il bellissimo isolotto di San Martino, formatosi intorno al 1500 circa. Durante il tragitto vedremo i resti del ponte che lo collegavano alla terra ferma. Ne ricostruiremo la storia, per poi concederci un meritato bagno e foto di gruppo. Ripartiremo per dirigerci verso la Chiaia dei porci, una baia con spiaggetta naturale raggiungibile solo da mare. Anche qui ci concederemo bagno e foto, per poi rientrare verso Monte di Procida.

The SUP tour will start from the beach of Monte di Procida, with a spectacular view of the two islands of Procida and Ischia. We will conduct a short briefing through which we will learn the use and navigation with the “Stand up paddle.” We will sail along the coast until we reach the beautiful islet of San Martino, formed around 1500. Along the way we will see the remains of the bridge that connected it to the mainland. We will reconstruct its history, and then enjoy a well-deserved swim and group photo. We will set off again to head to Chiaia dei porci, a bay with a natural beach accessible only by sea. Here too we will indulge in bathing and photos, and then head back toward Monte di Procida.
