Il percorso avrà inizio dalla Porta Piccola del parco dove inizieremo a scoprire la storia del bosco, della sua realizzazione voluta da Carlo di Borbone, della vegetazione e degli animali che lo vivono. Durante la passeggiata osserveremo dall’esterno i suoi storici palazzi e le antiche fontane, ne scopriremo la storia e le leggende che fanno di questo luogo uno dei più amati da cittadini e turisti.
Scopriremo la storia della piccola Chiesa di San Gennaro, finalmente riaperta al pubblico, dopo l’intervento da parte dell’architetto Santiago Calatrava. E, ancora, l’antica fabbrica delle rinomate porcellane di Capodimonte.
Proseguiremo verso il cuore del parco con la Palazzina dei Principi, e la Reggia, uno dei musei più importanti di Napoli, che ospita opere dei più rinomati artisti della storia dell’arte. Fiore all’occhiello del tour sarà il belvedere dal quale scorgere Capri, Punta Campanella e i Monti Lattari.

The route will begin at the Small Gate of the park where we will begin to discover the history of the forest, its creation desired by Charles of Bourbon, the vegetation and the animals that live in it. We will discover the history of the small Church of San Gennaro, finally reopened to the public after the intervention by architect Santiago Calatrava. And, again, the ancient factory of the renowned Capodimonte porcelain.
We will continue to the heart of the park with the Palazzina dei Principi, and the Reggia, one of the most important museums in Naples, which houses works by the most renowned artists in the history of art. The highlight of the tour will be the belvedere from which to glimpse Capri, Punta Campanella and the Lattari Mountains.
