Here, centuries-old traditions meet modern creativity. Our chefs honour the recipes handed down through generations while offering innovative interpretations that enhance – without altering – the identity of each ingredient.

It is a symphony of incomparable flavours: the freshest seafood from the Gulf blends with the gifts of an extraordinarily fertile volcanic land. From Annurca Apples to the prized vegetables such as Cannellino Tomato and Cicerchia, from the <span class="food-tooltip" data-title="Phlegraean Mussel" data-img="https://www.campiflegreiactive.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/cozza.jpg" data-desc="Raised for centuries in the warm, mineral-rich waters of the Gulf of Pozzuoli and Lake Fusaro, this mussel owes its unparalleled sweetness and intensity to the volcanic environment.
